Junior member is great-grandson of former Japanese Prime Minister.

HIKARU Ohira, a former member of MCZ's junior group, announced in a weekly photo magazine published this week that she is the great-grandson of the former Prime Minister of Japan.

HIKARU has been a member of Stardust Promotion since the first grade of elementary school and has been a main member of MCZ's junior group, 3B Junior, and has also appeared on stage with MCZ as a backup dancer on several occasions.

She later became a founding member of AMEFURASSHI, but left the group in 2019.

Since then, she has been working as a model and is currently a third-year student at Aoyama Gakuin University.

After winning the Grand Prix at the High School Girls Miss Contest 2020, she also won Miss Aogaku last year.

Next week, she will compete in the 'Miss of Miss Campus Queen' pageant to determine the top Miss Campus in Japan, and has said that she wants to be the next 'Top of Miss University Student of Japan' after 'Top of Miss High School Student of Japan'.

She has now revealed that Masayoshi Ohira, who was Prime Minister of Japan from 1978 to 1980, is her great-grandfather.

She had not previously made this public during her idol career, saying that she wanted to move forward on her own.

She has also been approached by many talent agencies to be scouted, but she is starting a company called Queencard as a student and aims to become the youngest person to go public.

She says:

I want to do a femtech business that uses technology to solve women's health and other problems.
