A difficult homework assignment was announced.
On MCZ's official Youtube page, MCZ members rehearsing for their Christmas concert released a video titled “Homework” (see below).
According to the video, in an unusual move, they announced in advance one song from the set list that will be performed at the weekend concert.
The members then defined the “call” for that song and asked the audience to practice it before coming to the show.
The MCZ camp has long had a policy of wanting the “calls” to be done spontaneously by the Mononofus.
In the past, there has been perhaps only one time that an official has set up a “call” in a video.
When the number of members was reduced from five to four, the call for “OVERTURE” was no longer consistent among the Mononofus, so the members decided to do it in response to many requests.
This time, it has happened since then.
The song in question is “MOMOTERASU MOMOMOMIKAMI” from the album “idola” released this spring, a complex upper tune that also includes a rap part.
Less than three days have already passed before the live performance, and it is a “call” that seems to be quite challenging.
(You can check out the video to see what it looks like.)
We are scheduled to attend DAY 1, but have been saddled with a heavy preparation task...
