SHIORI's acting seems to be well received.

Nikkan Gendai Digital reports that SHIORI's performance in the drama “Ano Kuzu wo nagutte yaritainda (means 'I want to punch that bum')” in which she is currently starring and in which the story is reaching its climax, has been well received.

SHIORI plays the role of NADE Nitta in the play, a typical “jerk coworker” who is jealous of the main character HOKOMI Sato and sometimes mockingly flirts with the male staff, harassing HOKOMI and isolating her in the workplace.

The role of the bad girl seems to have been well received by the audience, as it was so wonderfully played that it overturned the image of SHIORI, who had a strong impression of being reserved and quiet.

Unfortunately, however, the drama has not been a big hit, and is reported to have the second worst viewer ratings of all dramas aired on TBS in the past in the same time slot.

Comments from viewers in the article include the following...

This drama will likely lead to a flood of offers for SHIORI to play villains.

I'm four episodes into this drama and it's only just been revealed that Shiori's character isn't the good friend they seemed to be at first--which came as a surprise! I'm looking forward to seeing where this story goes... it's been pretty good so far.

It seems that SHIORI's performance will be particularly appreciated from that episode on, so please pay attention.
