HYADAIN talks about his policy of composing for MCZ.
Music composer Hyadain appeared on the talk show “Bokura no Jidai (means 'Our era')” broadcast on Fuji TV this morning.
"Bokura no Jidai" is a 30-minute program in which three people with something in common talk, and this time it was HARUNA kojima, a former AKB48 member who now runs an apparel brand, comedian NAGANO (NAGANO used to perform comedy show with RENI), and HYADAIN.
During the talk, HARUNA said to HYADAIN: "Your compositions have a unique and witty element. How does it come about?
HYADAIN gave the example of his compositions for MCZ as follows.
When I wrote the song to MCZ, I went to Momoclo's live venue and the fans were making their own unique calls.
It was something I did not expect and it was exciting.
That's when I realised that the songs I offer are not ‘completed by myself alone’.
So from then on, I began to think about making the song more exciting by including the call-and-response of the fans.
It is this kind of hospitality that lies at the bottom of my thinking.
This policy can also be felt in his most recent song, ‘Oshi, Suki, Shindoi (means 'It's very tired for me to like my guesses too much.')’ for CANDY TUNE, especially in many places.
