KANAKO Takes Top Spot in "Talent Power" for Second Consecutive Year.

The “Talent Power Rankings” are published annually by Nikkei Entertainment magazine based on data from a survey of 4,400 people conducted by the research firm Architect.

According to a web article in the magazine, KANAKO of MCZ ranked first in the “Female Idol (Individual)” category of this year's ranking for the second consecutive year.

Incidentally, KANAKO is also the leader in 2021, making this the third time.

The “Talent Power Score,” a factor in the rankings, is calculated from survey-based “awareness” and “interest” indicators.

KANAKO, whose marriage announcement at the end of last year became a hot topic, seems to have strengthened her positive impression, as her Talent Power Score increased from 19.2 pts last year to 20.9 pts this year.

In second place was MIZUKI Yamashita, who graduated from Nogizaka46 this spring, with 18.5 pts. (KANAKO leads by 2.4 pts.)

Other MCZ members also ranked high, with RENI (17.1pt, 7th last year), AYAKA (16.5pt, 3rd last year), and SHIORI (16.3pt, 8th last year) in 4th through 6th places.

The junior members are expanding their activities one after another, but it seems that the influence of MCZ members is still very strong.
