SHIORI Wins 1 Million Yen.

Today, SHIORI took on a challenge on Fuji TV’s program Chidori no Oni Renchan and won 1 million yen.

The segment is a karaoke challenge where participants must sing songs without missing a single note. If they succeed in singing 10 songs in a row, they win the 1 million yen prize.

Although SHIORI had attempted the challenge several times before, her record had been capped at 7 consecutive songs. (She once even tried together with Reni.)

In today’s broadcast, she succeeded in singing all 10 songs flawlessly and claimed the 1 million yen prize.

HINATA Kashiwagi, formerly a member of Shiritsu Ebisu Chugaku (the sister group of Momoiro Clover Z), had also cleared this challenge in the past. SHIORI thus became the second achiever among STA-PLA members.

On X and other social media platforms, many viewers unfamiliar with Momoiro Clover Z expressed surprise at SHIORI’s vocal ability, while others were astonished to learn that she is already 30 years old.
