KANAKO to host over eight hours of live radio.

It was announced that KANAKO will serve as the main host of a large special program to be broadcast live on TBS Radio for eight hours and twenty minutes, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:50 p.m. on September 23 (a national holiday in Japan known as the Autumnal Equinox Day).

The show, titled the holiday special "Sando no meshi yori tabi ga suki (means 'I Love Traveling More Than Three Meals a Day')," will focus on journeys in Japan and abroad. With several guests joining, the program will feature conversations about memorable travel experiences, future plans, recommended destinations and stay styles, activities, and even practical life hacks listeners can use right away.

Members of MCZ currently have regular radio programs on Nippon Broadcasting System, TOKYO FM, and JOQR (Bunka Hoso), all of which are rival networks to TBS Radio. Given that context, KANAKO taking on such a major role at TBS can be seen as a highly unusual appointment.
