Reni to Run Half Marathon for Two Consecutive Weeks

The day before yesterday, we reported in the following article that Reni would be running a half marathon at the Fukuyama Marathon on March 15.

Shortly after this announcement, it was further revealed that Reni will also run a half marathon the following week, on March 22, at the Suzuki Ayuko Cup Honokuni Toyohashi Half Marathon 2026 held in Toyohashi, Aichi Prefecture.

Incredibly, over the course of just one week, Reni will be covering the equivalent distance of a full marathon.

Reni has already competed in the Toyohashi Half Marathon twice before, and during her first appearance in 2024, she recorded her personal best time of 2 hours, 5 minutes and 38 seconds.

Regarding this new challenge, Reni commented as follows:

"This will be my third Toyohashi Half Marathon! Last time, I was left feeling a bit frustrated, but this time I want to enjoy it and run all the way to the finish with a smile.
