Reni made a surprise appearance at a summer festival.

Reni performed at the 17th Hama-site Summer Festival, held on August 21 in Hamamatsucho, Tokyo.

Despite the short notice and the rainy weather, fans gathered for the event. Reni also collaborated with DJ KOO, helping to energize the crowd.

Reni performed "Bon Bon☆Samba☆Bomba Yeah!", the theme song of her solo concert "33 SAMBA to Bon Bon DANCE: Marugoto Reni-chan Matsuri 2026," which was held on August 14 at her hometown venue, KT Zepp Yokohama. She brought the same festive blend of bon odori and samba to the summer festival.

On her official X account, Reni expressed her gratitude, saying, "Thank you so much to everyone who came despite the rain."

The Hama-site Summer Festival is a free, community-oriented outdoor event held every summer around Hamamatsucho in Minato, Tokyo.

Its concept is "Enjoy bon odori in the middle of an office district." The 2026 edition was the 17th installment and was held on August 21.

The event takes place in the station-front public open space of Hamamatsucho, a major business district. Centered around bon odori, or BON DANCE, the festival also features live performances, food stalls and traditional Japanese festival games. This year, approximately 5,000 people reportedly attended.
