Mononofu seems to want to spend more than 10,000 yen a month for MCZ.

An analytical article in the monthly magazine Nikkei Entertainment, published today, maps all kinds of "Oshi (means 'fave')" with statistics by means of a large-scale survey.

This is based on a survey conducted by a private company in December 2023, where brands with an estimated 'number of fans who said they guessed' (number of Oshi fans) of '50,000 or more' were extracted and used as the population number.

The magazine includes several mapping diagrams of this number, and counts roughly 300 brands (a mixture of individual names, group names, anime and game titles, TV programme names, etc.).

Of these, the chart on 'How much more money do you want to spend on your Oshi' is noteworthy.

Only six brands were mapped to the 'more than 10,000 yen' category for 'the amount of money I would like to spend on my Oshi per month'.

The rock band B'Z topped the list, followed by Takarazuka Revue, Kan-jani Eight (renamed Super Eight), Arashi and Mr Children, with MCZ in sixth place.

This, for example, is higher than brand 'Oshi' such as 'Tokyo Disney Resort', 'Hanshin Tigers', 'Evangelion' and 'Shohei Otani'.

The results appeared to be quite interesting.
