One of MCZ's TV programmes comes to an end.

It has been announced that the talk show 'Momoiro Tsurube', in which MCZ appeared on Kansai Television with rakugo performer Shofukutei TSURUBE, will end on air on 3 March.

It had been a regular programme for approximately nine years since it began airing in January 2015.

It was broadcast in the late-night time slot every week until March 2021, but for the past three years it has been broadcast in irregular time slots.

'Momoiro Tsurube' was a weekly talk show with guests. Enjoyable conversations were held with a variety of guests, from celebrities to ordinary people.

AYAKA commented as follows.

I felt sad because it was the last recording, but I'm glad we were able to have fun without getting too caught up in it.
The costumes haven't changed since the beginning, so when I put on these costumes I feel like I'm back in the old days.
It's been six months since the last show, but I don't feel that way, I think I was able to record it in my usual way.

RENI commented as follows.

Of course I feel sad, but I hope I can work with Tsurube-san again in some other way.
I'm glad that even though it was the last time, it wasn't sad and we had a lot of fun.

TSURUBE replied to RENI.

It's rare to not be sad even though it's the last episode.

Shofukutei-san is familiar to me from many movies and dramas... I did not know he had an association with Momoclo.

Did they always wear those patchwork overall outfits on the show?

Shofukutei TSURUBE has been personally interested in MCZ for some time, and when he invited them to be guests on his radio show in 2013, he liked them so much for their inventive performance that he has been in close contact with them ever since.

Every year at the 'Momoiro Uta Gassen' on New Year's Eve, TSURUBE entertain Mononofus with a video of his one-man video comedy act.

The overalls were TSURUBE's trademark during his TV appearances in the 1980s, and MCZ features that.
