MCZ supports Suzuki.
MCZ will be the commercial for Suzuki Motor Corporation's 'Big Closing Campaign' for 50 days from today.
MCZ has been SUZUKI's PR character for almost a decade, since appearing in a commercial for SUZUKI's Hustler in 2015.
The 'Happy Clover' radio show, which airs regularly on Sundays, is also sponsored by only SUZUKI Motor Company.
The campaign takes place every year during the crucial season when the company aims to top the sales ranking of 'kei' cars (small cars with engine displacement up to 660cc, unique to Japan) for the current fiscal year.
This year, SUZUKI's rival DAIHATSU Motor Co. was found to have conducted fraudulent inspections and was slapped with administrative penalties, and SUZUKI is now locked in a fierce battle for sales volume with its remaining rival, HONDA Motor Co.
In this context, we hope that MCZ's campaign will be as effective as possible.
(Incidentally, my car is also a SUZUKI Hustler).
