KWKM and KANAKO went for a New Year shrine visit.

MCZ producer Kawakami updated X to report that he had gone for hatsumode (New Year shrine visit) at Meiji Jingu (shrine). In the post, he stated that the person who took the photo was Momoclo's Red Comet, which is assumed to refer to Kanako.

The round well shown in the second photo is located in the Meiji Jingu Gyoen and is known as kiyomasa-Ido. It is said to have been dug by the warlord Kato Kiyomasa, who lived in the 1500s.

Meiji Jingu is located near Harajuku Station in Tokyo and is adjacent to the zelkova tree-lined avenue of Yoyogi Park, where Momoiro Clover held street live performances shortly after the group was formed.

Regarding the purpose of the visit to Meiji Jingu, producer Kawakami commented as follows.

This year as well, while I selfishly prayed for the happiness and good health of all Mononofu, I also went to Meiji Jingu for hatsumode to make a request for myself.
