Ayaka serves as a one day shop clerk in reconstruction support effort
Yesterday, Ayaka rushed to the temporary shopping street Machino Terrace, which held its grand opening in Machino Town, Wajima City, Ishikawa Prefecture, together with members of LumiUnion, and took on the role of a one day shop clerk.
Wajima City suffered significant damage from the earthquake off the Noto Peninsula that occurred on January 1. 2024, and is currently in the process of reconstruction.
Ayaka handled customer service at shops such as a bagel store, and the event was so successful that products sold out immediately. At the ceremony, she commented, "From here, we hope Machino Terrace will become a place of relaxation for everyone, and we are excited to see smiles continue to spread." She further stated strongly, "We want to keep working together with everyone in Machino. We want to continue supporting Machino in ways that only we as idols can."
Although LumiUnion will disband this month, they expressed their intention to continue supporting disaster affected areas in the future.
