His Majesty the Emperor visited the sacred site of LumiUnion

Marking the 15th anniversary of the Great East Japan Earthquake, Their Majesties the Emperor and Empress, along with their daughter Princess Aiko, who are on a two-day visit to Fukushima Prefecture, visited "Michi no Eki Namie" in Namie Town this afternoon and inspected the recovery status of local traditional crafts and related industries.

Michi no Eki Namie serves as the home base of LumiUnion - formerly known as Namie Joshi Hatsukumiai (a.k.a. JA-NAMIE) - produced by Ayaka as PPP Pink Playing Producer, and is regarded as a kind of sacred place that many Mononofus and union members have visited repeatedly.

Today, Their Majesties visited the Namie no Waza Nariwai-kan, a facility attached to Michi no Eki Namie that exhibits and sells local traditional crafts and products.

This facility was previously visited by Ayaka together with JA-NAMIE members, and was introduced in detail in a YouTube video (below).

LumiUnion, which has continued its activities for six and a half years, is scheduled to hold its final disbandment performance at this very location, Michi no Eki Namie, on April 29 later this month.
