Momoka has released a new album
Former MCZ member and now active as a solo singer, Ariyasu Momoka released her new album Sizuku no ne (means 'The sound of raindrops') yesterday.
This is her first full-length album since graduating from MCZ in 2018, and it is an ambitious work in which she wrote and composed all the songs herself.
It was created together with her band members, and is characterized by a focus on live instrumentation and a genre-less musical style.
A Spotify streaming link is provided below. Be sure to experience where she is now as an artist.
In addition, a live tour titled A Little Harmony Live 2026 Shizuku no ne in support of the album has been announced. It will begin with a performance in Miyagi on July 3 and include a total of six shows, including Tokyo.
Momoka's comment is as follows:
I am happy to announce that I will be releasing the album Shizuku no Oto.
Finally... at last... I am truly glad to be able to share this news with you.
This is my first album since I seriously faced music again and made a determined fresh start.
I gathered and condensed all the feelings from that time, as well as the precious emotions I received at live venues, and what finally dripped out as a single drop became this album, Shizuku no ne.
To everyone who has been waiting for me, thank you so much.
To everyone I will meet from here on, I look forward to your support.
