Kanako will release a collection of conversations
It has been announced that Kanako of MCZ will release her first-ever conversation collection, "Kono Michi wo Yuke ba (means 'If you take this road')", on May 18.
The book is based on a serialized feature of the same name that ran in Weekly AERA, and includes dialogues with 15 people active in a wide range of fields such as actors and artists, offering a deep look into her values and outlook on life.
In addition to the conversations, the book also features more than 40 pages of special photographs taken by photographer Kawashima Kotori in Manazuru, Kanagawa, under the theme of "the natural, unfiltered Momota Kanako at age 31", as well as an afterword written by Kanako herself. The book is a full-color volume consisting of 256 pages.
She commented, "Laughing together and crying together while talking about life might be one of the happiest moments."
To commemorate the release, it was also announced that talk shows will be held in three cities: Tokyo, Hokkaido, and Osaka.
