Ayaka to Throw the Ceremonial First Pitch Again This Year

It has been announced that Ayaka will throw the ceremonial first pitch before the Yomiuri Giants vs. Hanshin Tigers game at Tokyo Dome on July 8.

The appearance is part of the annual Fukushima Prefecture Namie Town collaboration event. Although LumiUnion has disbanded, Ayaka will continue supporting Namie Town through this initiative.

On the day of the event, visitors will receive original handheld fans featuring a collaboration between Namie Town and the Yomiuri Giants, along with brochures introducing Namie Town's attractions and local specialties, at each entrance gate. In addition, a lottery will be held in which selected attendees will receive a serving of Namie Yakisoba.

Ayaka is also scheduled to appear at the event with three junior talents from her agency, one of whom is former LumiUnion member Aoyama Nanoha.
