A Former Junior Member Dances to a Hit Song from Her Former Agency

Hello! Project's BEYOOOOONDS released a TikTok video on October 5 featuring Kojima Hana, Otsubo Mano, and Sugiyama Yuna dancing to "Yes! Tokyo," a song by EBiDAN. (See below.)

Kojima Hana was originally a junior member of MCZ. She worked under Stardust Promotion as a member of 3B junior, JA-NAMIE, and AMEFURASSHI, among other groups, before leaving the agency on March 31, 2026, following the breakup of AMEFURASSHI.

Soon afterward, on May 29, her surprise addition to BEYOOOOONDS, a group under Hello! Project, was announced. She made her first stage appearance with the group at a Yokohama Arena concert on June 16.

Her move between two major entertainment agencies was highly unusual and attracted considerable attention.

The two other members appearing in the TikTok video joined BEYOOOOONDS at the same time as Hana. While Hana is 22 years old, the two are junior high school students aged 13 and 14, which also became a topic of discussion.

Soon after joining the group, Hana reportedly told the two younger members that they did not need to use polite language with her and should call her "Hana" and speak to her casually.

The dance this time was proposed by those two fellow newcomers.

After moving to a different agency, Hana ended up officially dancing to a song by EBiDAN, the male artist collective of her former agency, Stardust Promotion. 

The video has also spread on X. Hello! Project fans have posted reactions such as "This is way too cool!!", while fans who have followed Hana since her Stardust days have written things like, "I never thought I would get to see Hana doing EBiDAN. Just being able to see this made me cry."

The response has been overwhelmingly positive, with fans from both sides welcoming the unexpected crossover.
