AKARI to Star in New Drama.

Former Momoiro Clover member AKARI Hayami has been announced as a regular cast member of “D&D,” a drama series that will begin in October at 9:00 p.m. on Fridays on TV Tokyo's “D&D: A Doctor and a Detective."

The story is about a doctor and a detective who work together in different fields, and AKARI will play a “colleague nurse” who works together with the leading doctor (NAOTO Fujiki).

AKARI made a comment on the official website. The gist of it is as follows.

I have read the scripts for the first two episodes at this stage, and I am fascinated by the speedy development of the story. I think it is interesting that the doctor and the detective both take pride in their work and solve the case in their own ways.

Personally, this is my first medical story, so I hope people will see me as a nurse for the first time in my life.
