Legendary Mononofu has passed away.

According to information circulating on social media, KUMATOMO-san, a well-known Mononofu since the early days of Momoiro Clover's formation, passed away this year.

KUMATOMO had appeared on a TV talk show as a representative of Mononofus, but he was in the middle of being hospitalized at the time.

It is now known that the phrase “Sekai no Momoclo No.1 (means 'Momoclo is number one in the world,')” which all Mononofus say in unison during live performances, was started by KUMATOMO.

Even after Kumamoto's passing, Mononofus will continue to carry on this phrase.
