One of MCZ's Regular Shows to End.

It has been announced that Momoclo-chan To! (TV Asahi), currently the only terrestrial TV program whose title featuring the name MCZ, will air its final episode on March 28.

Momoclo-chan To! is a variety show that launched in October 2020 and will bring its roughly five-and-a-half-year run to a close.

According to the official website, the program staff released the following comment, which has also raised expectations that the project may continue in a different format:

"We sincerely thank all viewers and the members of Momoclo.

We will continue striving so that we can return to you again in another form."

Meanwhile, a similarly titled program, Momoclo Chan, began in 2010 as a show on Teleasa Douga, an internet paid streaming channel. From 2013, it also started airing on terrestrial TV through the TV Asahi network.

However, when the aforementioned Momoclo-chan To! began broadcasting on TV in 2020, Momoclo Chan returned to internet distribution again. That program is still continuing to release new episodes today.

In addition, in autumn 2022 a talk show titled Ohayo! Momoclo Chan began airing on BS Asahi, and it is still regularly broadcast on satellite TV.
