MCZ will perform at the Aso Rock Festival.

It was announced that MCZ will perform at the "Aso Rock Festival" to be held on October 23 (Sat.) and 24 (Sun.) at the Open-Air Theater Aspecta in Kumamoto Prefecture.

The festival was started in 2015 by singer-songwriter Shigeru Izumiya with the aim of dispelling the rumors caused by the eruption of Mount Aso.

The festival is held at the Kumamoto Open-Air Theater Aspecta, the only concert venue in the world located in the wilderness of the caldera, and is known as the "Rock Festival in the Sky".

Shigeru Izumiya is a legendary folk singer who is celebrating the 50th anniversary of his major label debut this year, and has a relationship with MCZ, having performed at the Momoiro Uta Gassen, and MCZ is also performing at the 2019 Aso Rock Festival.

It has been announced that Shigeru Izumiya will retire from organizing the festival after this year, leaving it to his successors.
