One music festival was canceled, but MCZ was invited to another one.
The Rock in Japan Festival, where Momoiro Clover Z was scheduled to perform, was recently cancelled due to the spread of the new coronavirus infection, but today, they have announced their participation in another music festival to be held in September.
It was "Inazuma Rock Fest 2021," organized by Takanori Nishikawa (T.M.Revolution) and held on September 18 and 19 at the Karasuma Peninsula Lawn in Shiga Prefecture.
The Inazuma Rock Festival started in 2009 and this year will be the 12th edition. MCZ has been participating in the festival since 2014 (only in 2018, they did not participate because their schedule overlapped with a musical performance), and this year will be their 7th time.
This time, 11 artists have been announced as the first batch, including DISH//, MY FIRST STORY, THE ORAL CIGARETTES, T.M.Revolution, and MAN WITH A MISSION, in addition to MCZ.
The Inazuma Rock Festival was held last year with no audience and online.
We hope that as many music festivals as possible will be held safely.
