MCZ's Sister Group Cancels Large-Scale Summer Live

Like MCZ, Shiritsu Ebisu Chugaku, the younger sister group of MCZ, has been holding large-scale outdoor live concerts every summer.

This year, too, they were planning to hold a two-day "Famien 2021" concert in Yokohama, and tickets had already been sold.

This week, however, the organizers announced the cancellation of the event, citing "after much consideration of the situation of the spread of the new coronavirus.

In MCZ, KANAKO has been infected, but Shiritsu Ebisu Chugaku is still in a tough situation as five of its nine members have been infected with COVID-19 from last month to this month.

They are scheduled to perform at the same event (@JAM EXPO) as MCZ at the end of March, also in Yokohama.
