Today (the second Monday in January) is a national holiday called "Seijin no Hi" in Japan, a celebration for men and women who have turned 20 years old.
This is the day when most women wear "furisode".
LARME seems to have posted a photo of AYAKA with a message of "Congratulations on your new adulthood".
