The story behind that song was revealed.

RENI appeared on the official channel 'Yakan to Idol (means 'Kettle and Idol')', which is handled in turn by the STAPLA members, and a video of her visit to Onagawa, Miyagi Prefecture, is shown. (bottom row)

The video is titled 'Freewheeling Onagawa Town Tour with RENI'.

Onagawa is a town that suffered massive tsunami damage in the 2011 Great East Japan Earthquake, but MCZ has repeatedly visited the town as 'Onagawa-machi no Omodachi' (means 'Onagawa-town's friends').

MCZ first visited Onagawa in 2013, and in 2015 they made a guest appearance at a live performance in the town, which was also visited by many Mononofus.

In the second half of the video, there is a scene where RENI meets again with Onagawa Mayor Suda, who has been a close friend of MCZ since that time.

Mayor Suda talks about his recent band activities with young people in the town, and RENI tells him that "MCZ also has a song that was created with Onagawa town in mind".

That is 'Kasou dystopia (means 'Virtual dystopia')'. (Song from the 2013 album '5th dimention').

The Mayor, who is also a Mononofu, was surprised to learn the story, but so were many Mononofus.

Looking again at the lyrics of 'Kasou (Virtual) Dystopia', it is clear that the song seems to express a wish for the recovery of the city.

For example, the song says: "One star is broken. Who did that?
but the song ends with 'One star has been reborn'.

The lyrics in the first half of the song, 'Someone was shouting that the wind is just blowing', seem to be a metaphor for AKB48's 2012 release song 'Kaze ga fuite iru (means 'The wind is blowing')'.

Elsewhere.

'From the rubble, I built a machine', 'Thoughts are transmitted, a wonderful device', 'Even though we are far apart, we can always be allies'
'A single bead of sweat glistens and falls', 'Tough, free and wilderness survivor'.
'Every single heart is precious, you'll never run out of things to dig into.'

The song is full of positive messages such as.

From now on, when we listen to this song, the world we imagine is going to change..
