MCZ's collaboration on Japanese confectionery has been well received.

The local Hokkaido political and economic magazine Zaikai Sapporo published an article entitled 'Big sales due to the Momoclo effect'.

On the occasion of the release of their album 'Idola', MCZ is running the 'Momoclo Souvenir Quest' campaign, in which Momoclo collaborates with famous confectionaries in five cities across Japan.

The chosen representative of Hokkaido is Kibana, a Japanese confectionery from Tsuboya Sohonten in Asahikawa city.

Tsuboya is a long-established confectionery shop founded in 1929. Its signature dish, Kibana, is an almond galette sandwiched between two pieces of couverture white chocolate.

According to an article in the magazine, this campaign is proving popular.

The campaign runs from 25 May to the end of August, and the limited-edition collaboration products come in original packaging and include a Souvenir Quest collaboration sticker featuring the MCZ members in an original design.

A spokesperson for the Tsuboya company commented as follows.

'If you haven't heard of our product before, we hope you enjoy its zesty texture. You can buy them at online shops, etc., but we would be happy if all Mononofus could take this opportunity to visit Asahikawa and enjoy the whole town, including sightseeing.'
